Experienced Paramedics - 482 Visa Sponsorship

Medacs Healthcare are assisting St John Ambulance to find experienced Paramedics beginning as soon as possible.

The role:

As a Paramedic, you will demonstrate an ability to provide safe and quality care to all patients, utilising the primary nursing model of care and paramedic competency standards. You will undertake comprehensive assessments of each patient to ascertain care needs, regularly evaluate the outcomes of care provided through reviews and assessments, maintaining up to date and accurate documentation in patient records.

Location:

Based in Perth metro and could be located around different depots. Biggest needs is in the South Perth location and this will mean less rotating, and more career progression.

Rostering:

Paramedics generally work a 2/ 2/ 4 roster which includes 2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off on a rotation basis. Day shifts are 11 hours and night shifts are 13 hours.

What's on offer for interstate candidates:

• One way economy airline ticket for successful candidate (capped at $1,000.00),
• Six weeks accommodation provided on arrival to Western Australia
• Up to $7,000.00 relocation support to cover costs such as shipping containers, excess baggage, car hire etc paid for directly by St John.

What's on offer for international candidates:

• 482 Visa application support through external migration consultant
• One way economy airline ticket for successful candidate and up to three dependents (capped at $2,000.00 per flight ticket, dependents must be listed on visa)
• Six weeks accommodation provided on arrival to Western Australia, and
• Up to $15,000.00 relocation support to cover costs such as shipping containers, excess baggage, car hire etc paid for directly by St John.

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant paramedic qualifications
• MUST HAVE a minimum 2 years' experience in "On Road Jurisdictional Ambulance Paramedics" in the last 12 months.
