You will require the following qualifications:

  • Qualification in Occupational Therapist (Undergraduate or Masters)
  • Registration with AHPRA and associated Private Indemnity Insurance.
  • Valid motor vehicle license
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Experience in Neurological rehab would be preferred.

About the role

The purpose of this role is to deliver senior occupational therapy services

This includes:

  • Delivering high quality evidenced based occupational therapy clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning interprofessional team.
  • Contribution to the advancement of quality occupational therapy services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
  • Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
  • Providing supervision and training to less experienced clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's)
  • Operational reporting: Clinical Team Lead
  • Professional reporting: Director of Occupational Therapy
