About the Role:
In this vital position, you will support individuals facing mental health challenges, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and make a positive impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient support.
- Engage with families to provide education and resources.
To be considered for this role:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
- A minimum of 2 years post grad experience working in a Mental Health setting
- General Registration with AHPRA
- Commitment to complete required WA Credentialing requirements
- Be an Australian Citizen or hold the relevant visa for employment in Australia
