Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Case Management within Community Mental Health
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Skilled in managing complex cases, including clients under the Mental Health Act.
• Proficient in conducting Mental Health assessments, including Mental State and Risk assessments.
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications, including Depot injections and Clozapine treatment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years recent and relevant Mental Health experience
• General Registration with AHPRA
• QLDH Experience - working with CIMHA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Australian working rights
