Registered Nurse - Neonatal

Are you looking for a new challenge? We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our client's Special Care Nursery and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

These units are family-integrated and developmentally focused, with staff working closely to achieve excellent outcomes for neonates and families. You will be well supported by our Clinical Support Nurse and Clinical Development Nurses.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in Neonatology. Ongoing training opportunities will be provided, facilitated through Workforce Capability and Clinical Development Nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based, safe, and effective care in a supported environment.
• Meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and consumers of neonatal services.
• Uphold our values and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes our vision within the work unit.

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience working in Special Care Nursery or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Australian or New Zealand Citizen or already hold a valid Work Visa
• Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
• Comply with Occupational Assessment, Screening, and Vaccination policy.
