Job Opportunity: Adult Speech Pathologist

Medacs Healthcare is seeking experienced Adult Speech Pathologists for permanent roles in Melbourne's northern, southern and eastern regions!

In this role, you'll deliver client-centred, evidence-based therapy services to adults with disabilities, helping them improve communication, mealtime safety, and overall health and wellbeing to achieve their goals and actively participate in their communities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering therapy at home, in educational/vocational settings, or the community within a manageable range.
• Working with the person, their family and supports to achieve their clinical goals within their community.
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.

About You

You're an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist with:

• A tertiary qualification and current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration.
• Experience of at least 2 years in a multidisciplinary/trans-disciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to professional growth and clinical excellence.
• Competence with client management systems.
• A valid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel across Melbourne's regions.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• SPA membership.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Reference checks.
