Dental Receptionist

We are looking for Casual/Contract Dental Receptionists to join our pool of candidates to work in variety of practices in Wellington.

The Role

You will be the 'face' of the clinic providing Reception and Administration support to dentists and patients

Responsibilities

• Meeting & greeting patients
• Being part of the team - using your initiative to help and assist the others
• Reception duties such as: managing phone calls, booking and rescheduling appointments, taking payments, recalls.
• Assist with re-ordering is necessary.
• Ensuring the practice is clean & tidy at the end of the day

Skills & Experience

• Proven New Zealand experience as a Dental Receptionist (minimum of 6-mths)
• Experience with EXACT
• Pride in appearance, presentation and grooming
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to work well in a team
• Strong multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure

Advantageous

• Hep B Titre Levels or proof of immunity
