The Role

Our client operates a modern and tranquil retirement village in Invercargill that's still conveniently located close to shops and other amenities.

They are offering a sensational opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work at their state-of-the-art facility! Whether you're after temporary/casual work permanent work - there is something available for you! Ideally you will be able to work 32 - 40 hours per week on a rostered shift basis (including weekends) but this can be open to discussion.

As a Registered Nurse some of your duties will include (but are not limited to) guiding and providing advice to Healthcare Assistants and Enrolled Nurses, ensure resident support plans are developed and maintained, uphold a safe and secure environment for residents, liaise with residents' families as required and assist with medication administration.

What we're looking for:

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
• A current First Aid/CPR Certificate preferred
• InterRai experience preferred but not essential as training is available
• Ability to take the lead and work efficiently under pressure
• Eligibility to work in NZ with appropriate immigration visa
