About the Role
An opportunity is available for a motivated sales-driven individual to join the Medacs Healthcare team supporting the recruitment of Nurses and Allied Health Professionals across Australia. The team is experiencing huge growth, and as a result, a new opportunity has been created. They are experts in their field, so you can expect to learn from the best.
Your day-to-day tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Manage the candidate database.
- Screen, interview, and match candidates to available roles.
- Build a strong social media presence through channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Identify new candidates who have not yet worked with Medacs Healthcare.
- Assist the team with placements.
The team is highly supportive and friendly, and you will be led by a Manager who is passionate about developing their team. The team is full of high achievers, consistently winning awards such as high-end lunches and a trip to Bali recently.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

- Innate sales ability - proven success in consistently achieving/exceeding targets.
- A keen interest in healthcare
- Highly organised and able to work with multiple client and candidate contacts.
- IT & Computer Literate
