Why choose contract nursing in New Zealand?

Contract Nursing is a great option for those Nurses who are only after a minimum of x2 shifts per week that will provide a second income alongside their permanent role or maybe to save for a winter get away, special occasion or Christmas festivities!? Contract Nursing is also a great opportunity for candidates who are not sure which area of Mental Health Nursing they are wanting to work in. This gives our Nurses the opportunity to work for 2-6 months at a time in full time contracts at 1 facility before moving onto the next facility once that contract has come to an end. This is also a good opportunity for candidates who are not sure if they want to apply for a permanent position and would rather complete a few months on contract before taking the leap. Our clients are always open to take our Nurses on a fulltime basis once their assignment/contract comes to an end. You are in control of your destiny.

Most of the Mental Health Nurses from Australia come to New Zealand over the winter period to be closer to the Ski-fields and natural beauty of both the North and South Island. Come and experience the freedom to explore New Zealand without the restrictions of COVID-19.
