Rachelle Aguilar

Rachelle, a proud Kiwi, moved to Australia as the opportunity to work with Medacs Healthcare was an opportunity she couldn’t pass up. Though occasionally missing the mince and cheese pies back home, she has no regrets in making the move! 

She is a  Team Leader for Medacs Aged Care specialising in locum Remote and Regional Aged Care contracts across Australia. For the past two years Rach has been working within remote indigenous communities and has been lucky enough to visit most of the aged care facilities that we work in to meet clients and understand their hiring needs.  

Rachelle is committed to ensuring an enjoyable and efficient recruitment process for clients & healthcare staff in finding and securing contracts. She loves a time crunch and races to get to the finish line, whether you need staff tomorrow or in a month Rach will do her best to secure the best.
