About the Role:

In this vital position, you will support individuals facing mental health challenges, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and make a positive impact in the community.

Locations include:

• Broome
• Derby
• Fitzroy Crossing
• Halls Creek
• Kununurra

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Engage with families to provide education and resources.

To be considered for this role:

• Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
• A minimum of 2 years post grad experience working in a Mental Health setting
• General Registration with AHPRA
• Commitment to complete required WA Credentialing requirements which may include up to date vaccinations and mandatory training modules
• Be an Australian Citizen or hold the relevant visa for employment in Australia
