Medacs Healthcare currently has exciting opportunities for experienced and passionate Registered Mental Health Nurses to join community-based services across Australia.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Mental Health Nursing
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health community settings
• Experience in regional, rural, or remote settings highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Commitment to cultural sensitivity and inclusive care

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Provide crisis support and intervention services
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, community services, and support networks
• Educate and support clients and their families to better understand mental health
