Clinical Nurse Manager - Emergency | Katanning, WA
We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (SRN 3+) for a short-term leadership contract at Katanning Hospital, located in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior nurse with ED and acute ward experience to step into a management role in a supportive rural setting.
Role Details:
- Location: Katanning Hospital, WA
- Contract Dates: 15 August - 7 September 2025
- Roster: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30
- Scope: CNM role overseeing Emergency Department operations, with involvement in Acute Ward management
- Level: SRN 3+
Job Requirements:
- SRN Level 3+ with proven leadership experience
- Previous management experience in ED and acute care settings
- Strong clinical and operational oversight skills
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full working rights in Australia
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Ability to lead and support multidisciplinary teams
