What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct mental health triage, assessments, and crisis support
- Allocate referrals and coordinate follow-up care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver care and support via phone in a structured team environment
Who We're Looking For
- Qualified Social Worker, Psychologist, or Registered Mental Health Nurse (Post Grad qualifications highly regarded)
- Minimum 2-3 years' Experience in mental health triage, crisis response, or similar roles
- Current National Police Check, Working With Children Check, professional indemnity insurance, and a valid driver's licence
