Community Mental Health Clinician

We're seeking experienced Mental Health Clinicians to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive care through community-based case management.

As an experienced Mental Health Clinician, you will be:

• Providing comprehensive mental health assessments and recovery-oriented case management
• Coordinating care plans and collaborating with families, carers, and local services
• Supporting clients with complex needs, including those under the Mental Health Act
• Promoting mental health literacy and early intervention within the community
• Immersing yourself in culturally safe, community-driven environments

Requirements to apply:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in mental health nursing, experience in community and remote settings preferred
• Experience in Mental Health Triage - acute initial assessment, risk assessment and crisis intervention
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional registration (AHPRA or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A genuine passion for community engagement and improving mental health outcomes
• Commitment to complete required client specific credentialing requirements
