We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to ensure the smooth operation of our aged care facility. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative support, maintain accurate records, and assist with day-to-day office functions to keep our team and residents thriving.

  • Reporting to the Manager, you will handle a variety of tasks including reception duties, data entry, and coordinating communication between staff, residents, and external stakeholders.

Core Skills:

Office Administration

  • Reception and front desk management
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping
  • Filing, document control, and compliance tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems

Communication & Coordination

  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Liaising with staff, residents and families
  • Handling inquiries and providing timely responses

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 24 months previous experience in administrative roles preferred
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in an aged care facility
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current National Police Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Formal Qualifications or practical work experience, demonstrating skills
