Delta Stinton

With a background in creativity, sales and leadership, Delta brings a thoughtful approach to medical recruitment. She began her career in the creative industry, working with families from diverse backgrounds before moving into sales, training and management. Overseeing multiple sites in Melbourne, she was responsible for recruiting, training and onboarding new staff.
Delta joined Medacs Healthcare as a Para Consultant in May 2025. She uses her experience in people-focused roles to support healthcare professionals in finding opportunities that fit their skills and goals.
