Terms and conditions:

This incentive applies where:

an individual ("Candidate") signs a contract between 3 August 2026 and 30 October 2026 with Medacs Healthcare ("Business") to locum as:
- a Nurse (excluding Midwives),
- a Mental Health Nurse (NSW contracts only),
- a Midwife, or
- a Sonographer,
with a third party ("Client").

2. the Candidate must:

not have been placed by the Business or a Group Company in the previous twelve months.
meet all compliance requirements of the Business.
complete a minimum of 12 weeks' booking, confirmed by both the Client and the Candidate. These 12 weeks can be accumulated across multiple contracts and Clients.

3. the following professions are eligible for the Sign-On Bonus:

Nurses (excluding Midwives and Mental Health Nurses): AUD$1,000
Mental Health Nurses (NSW contracts only): AUD$1,000
Midwives: AUD$2,000
Sonographers: AUD$2,000

4. the following professions are excluded from this promotion:

Aged Care professionals.

Bonus Payment

For all eligible professions:

An initial payment of AUD$250 will be made after the first week the Candidate completes a contract, provided all compliance requirements are met.

The remaining payment will depend on the Candidate's profession:

Nurses (excluding Midwives): AUD$750 following completion of a total of 12 weeks' locum work. Total bonus payable: AUD$1,000.
Mental Health Nurses (NSW contracts only): AUD$750 following completion of a total of 12 weeks' locum work. Total bonus payable: AUD$1,000.
Midwives: AUD$1,750 following completion of a total of 12 weeks' locum work. Total bonus payable: AUD$2,000.
Sonographers: AUD$1,750 following completion of a total of 12 weeks' locum work. Total bonus payable: AUD$2,000.
The Candidate must have a signed contract between 3 August 2026 and 30 October 2026 to be eligible.

Where these conditions are met, the Business will pay the applicable Sign-On Bonus upon successful completion of the placement.

If the Candidate does not:

meet all Business compliance requirements; or
successfully complete the full contracted period,

the Candidate will not receive the Sign-On Bonus Incentive.
