Before moving into recruitment, Kelly worked extensively as a Registered Nurse in rural and remote health, correctional health, and primary health services throughout Australia. Drawing on both her clinical and recruitment background, Kelly specialises in connecting nurses and midwives with rewarding opportunities across rural and remote Australia. She is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding the needs of both healthcare professionals and clients, and supporting positive workforce outcomes for communities that need them most.
