With experience across frontline care, education, and recruitment, Mharvie brings a well-rounded and practical understanding of the healthcare sector. A registered pharmacist from the Philippines, she moved to New Zealand in 2016, where she worked as aged care healthcare assistant and managed a pharmacy. She later became a Tutor for Level III Certificates in Healthcare, Pharmacy Technician, and Support Work, mentoring and supporting future care professionals.
In 2022, Mharvie joined Medacs New Zealand, placing healthcare professionals into shifts and managing relationships with aged care facilities and hospitals. She moved to Australia in 2024, recruiting across General Medicine and Mental Health before specialising in Aged Care.
As an Aged Care Consultant, she is determined to help build strong and effective teams, drawing on her hands‑on experience and deep understanding of workforce needs.
