Rachelle, a proud Kiwi, moved to Australia after being offered an opportunity with Medacs Healthcare that she simply couldn't pass up. While she occasionally misses a good mince and cheese pie from home, she has never looked back since making the move.
Rachelle is the Business Manager for Aged Care, General Nursing and Allied Health, leading high performing teams across some of Australia's most remote and regional communities. After several successful years as a recruiter specialising in remote healthcare staffing, Rachelle has recently transitioned into a non-billing leadership role, allowing her to focus on growing and developing her teams, strengthening client partnerships, and driving exceptional outcomes across all three specialities.
Having spent the last few years working closely with remote Indigenous communities and visiting many of the aged care facilities Medacs supports, Rachelle has developed a deep understanding of the challenges healthcare providers face when attracting and retaining staff. This firsthand experience enables her and her teams to deliver tailored workforce solutions that truly meet the needs of clients and healthcare professionals alike.
