Responsibilities:

• The Nurse will be required to work across both sites (they have 2) - their Adult site and their family site (so a little bit of child & maternity exp would also be great). 75% of the work will be at the Adult and the other 25% will child and family.
• Assessing general medical needs
• Checking scripts as to when medications are running out, all oral medicine is via webster pack, all schedule 8 drugs are through the on site pharmacy, there is also an on site GP clinic in which they all work hand in hand.
• Mental health assessments
• At the adult site there can be newborn babies, up to 12 years old with parents (again a consented community program) - kids go to school during the day or day care, but Nurse might help with kids with a temp if school or childcare sends them home etc
