Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualised care plans
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Deliver crisis support and contribute to risk management planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community services
• Educate and empower clients, families, and carers about mental health and well being

About You

• Degree or diploma in a recognised mental health profession
• Current AHPRA registration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in community mental health (experience in regional/rural/remote settings highly regarded)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and within a team
• Culturally sensitive, inclusive approach to care delivery
