Medacs Healthcare have an opportunity for an experienced Enrolled Nurse with community aged care experience and exposure to remote healthcare environments. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a regional setting while enjoying the benefits of a short-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care to aged care residents in line with care plans.
- Assist with medication administration and clinical tasks under RN supervision.
- Provide culturally sensitive care and support residents' wellbeing.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Previous experience in community aged care.
- Exposure to remote or regional healthcare settings (highly desirable).
- Strong communication skills and adaptability.
- Current police check and relevant immunisations.
