Are you ready to lead a team that makes a real difference in diabetes care? We're seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

As Nurse Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care within a collaborative framework.
• Oversee clinical standards, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage human, financial, and physical resources to achieve service outcomes.
• Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and professional development.
• Act as a role model and mentor, supporting staff growth and engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in medical ward nursing and contemporary nursing management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on patient-centred care.
• Ability to build productive networks and lead change in a dynamic environment.
• Postgraduate qualifications and credentialing with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA) are highly desirable.

Salary:

$122,365 to $129,060 per annum + super + penalty rates + salary packaging
