You'll need:

• Current AHIMA/ICD-10-AM coding certification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in clinical coding within hospital settings
• Strong knowledge of Australian Coding Standards (ACS)
• Proficiency in coding software (e.g. 3M Codefinder, WebPAS, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
