Registered Nurse - Remote & Regional Aged Care

Medacs Healthcare is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for remote and regional residential aged care facilities across Australia.

These roles suit nurses who are adaptable, clinically confident and motivated by work that is professionally challenging and personally rewarding. You'll often be part of a small, tight‑knit team, supporting older residents in communities where aged care plays a vital role.

Key responsibilities

• Medication rounds, assessments and care planning
• Wound care, escalation and after‑hours decision making
• Supporting ENs and PCAs in small teams
• Clear documentation and handover
• Working respectfully within community expectations

What we're looking for

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN
• Recent aged care experience (remote/regional ideal, not essential)
• High level of independence and resilience
• Strong communication and cultural awareness
• Full Australian working rights
