Personal Care Assistant - Remote & Regional Aged Care

Medacs Healthcare is recruiting PCAs / AINs for aged care facilities located in regional and remote communities.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs
• Dementia‑aware, person‑centred care
• Progress notes and reporting
• Supporting nursing staff
• Maintaining dignity and respect at all times

What we're looking for

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care
• Residential aged care experience preferred
• Calm, adaptable and dependable nature
• Willingness to work in regional/remote settings
• Full Australian working rights
