Community Health Generalist - Gidgee Healing, Queensland ASAP Start | 4‑Week Contract

Medacs Healthcare is seeking experienced Community Health Generalists to support Gidgee Healing in Queensland. This short‑term contract offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in remote Aboriginal communities while working with a supportive agency that understands remote practice.

What You'll Need

• Current AHPRA registration
• Experience in community health and remote primary healthcare
• Acute care and/or emergency response skills
• First on‑call experience

Required Certifications:

• Immunisation Program Nurse (updated within the last 12 months)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - annual update

Highly Desirable:

• Advanced Life Support (ALS)
• Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Health
• Manual driver's licence
• 4WD certification
• Experience in Australian primary healthcare or rural/remote clinics
