ICU Registered Nurse Contract - Tamworth, NSW

Role Overview

A busy regional ICU department in Tamworth is seeking experienced Intensive Care Registered Nurses for immediate‑start contract positions. This role is ideal for critical‑care nurses who are confident working independently, adaptable in high‑acuity environments, and ready to support a high‑functioning ICU service. Due to the location and roster requirements, candidates must have their own private vehicle.

Contract Details

• Start Date: ASAP

• Length: 12 weeks

• Shift Pattern: Rotating roster across AM, PM and Nights (Monday to Sunday)

Contract Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration

• Proven ICU experience including ventilators, vasoactive infusions and advanced monitoring

• Ability to work confidently in a high‑acuity environment

• Ability to commit to the full contract duration

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Must have own private vehicle
