As the ED Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality emergency care while supporting and guiding the nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership skills in a supportive regional setting.

✅ Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
• Demonstrated triage experience
• Strong cannulation skills
• Proven team leadership experience in an ED setting
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a rural environment
