The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to lead and strengthen our education and professional development programs. In this role, you will:
- Drive clinical excellence through structured education, mentoring and support
- Build staff capability and confidence across clinical and non-clinical teams
- Deliver evidence-based learning aligned with best-practice standards
- Collaborate with leadership to support quality improvement initiatives
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning culture that enhances patient outcomes
About You
You are an experienced nursing professional who is passionate about developing others and improving care outcomes. You will bring:
- Strong clinical experience in Emergency and Acute Care settings
- Proven ability to design and deliver education that builds practical capability
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: $118,297 - $125,543 + 12% super
- Post Graduate Allowance (up to 10%)
- Salary packaging: Up to $9,010 living expenses + $2,650 meals/entertainment
- Regional financial incentives including:
- District Allowance up to $4,618
- Remote/Rural allowance + additional 10% salary loading
- Relocation support:
- Up to $10,000 (interstate) or $15,000 (overseas)
- Visa:
- 482 or 186 visa is open for discussion
