Are you an experienced Emergency Department RN ready for your next rural adventure? We are seeking a confident and capable nurse to join a dynamic team in Dysart, QLD for a rewarding contract opportunity.

About the Role

In this fast-paced ED setting, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care across a broad scope of emergency presentations. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys taking on leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Life Support (ALS) response
• Triage of incoming patients
• Resuscitation (Resus) management
• Acting as Team Leader when required
• Overseeing and managing the ward

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Strong ED experience across triage and resus
• ALS certification (highly desirable/essential depending on site)
• Proven ability to lead shifts and manage teams
• Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills
