We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Emergency Department RN for an exciting contract opportunity in Port Hedland, WA. This role is perfect for a confident clinician who can step into a leadership-focused position in a busy ED setting.
About the Role
You'll be working across a varied and fast-paced emergency environment, taking on a key role in both clinical care and coordination. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex presentations across ED and HDU.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- Triage and patient assessment
- Resuscitation and HDU care
- Shift coordination and team leadership
- Supporting safe and efficient department flow
What We're Looking For
- AHPRA registered Registered Nurse
- Extensive ED experience at a senior level
- Strong skills in triage, resus, and HDU
- ALS certification
- Proven ability to coordinate shifts and lead teams
