NDIS / Aged Care Registered Nurse

We're currently seeking an experienced NDIS Registered Nurse to support a growing community care provider across the Sydney Metro area.

About the role

This role suits an RN who enjoys clinical oversight, coordination, and maintaining high standards of care. You'll be responsible for overseeing services across a diverse NDIS client group, supporting teams and ensuring care is delivered safely, effectively, and in line with compliance requirements. The position focuses on care plan reviews, staff oversight, compliance monitoring, and risk management.

About you

• Current AHPRA registration
• Current Police Check and NDIS Clearance
• Experience within NDIS, aged care, disability, or community care
• Strong understanding of NDIS standards and compliance
• Confident in clinical oversight, auditing, and leadership
• Assertive, self-directed RN with NDIS/disability experience
