About the Role

As a Mental Health Registered Nurse, you'll join multidisciplinary teams delivering high-quality care and recovery-focused support to consumers and their families.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Mental health assessments and risk management

  • Care planning and implementation

  • Medication administration

  • Crisis intervention and de-escalation

  • Consumer-centered and trauma-informed care

  • Working collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health professionals

  • Accurate clinical documentation and case notes

What You'll Need

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum 2 years recent Mental Health Nursing experience

  • Experience in inpatient, community, crisis, ED mental health or CAMHS highly regarded

  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Relevant state-based clearances as required

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Current driver's licence desirable for community-based roles
