We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a contract opportunity at a remote South Australian health service with a diverse Emergency Department and inpatient caseload.

This role is ideal for confident clinicians who enjoy working within a broad scope of practice and are comfortable managing a variety of presentations in a rural and remote setting.

About the Role

• Emergency Department nursing
• Triage and acute patient assessment
• In-charge responsibilities
• Mixed presentations across emergency, inpatient and aged care services
• Work within a multidisciplinary rural health team
• 4-week contract with potential for extension

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Recent Emergency Department experience
• Demonstrated triage competency
• Previous experience working in charge
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification highly regarded
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a rural environment
• Unrestricted Australian driver's licence
