About the Role

In this autonomous and rewarding position, you'll provide culturally appropriate primary healthcare to individuals within remote correctional settings, including:

* Chronic disease management
* Acute care and clinical assessments
* Mental health support
* Health promotion and education
* Care coordination and ongoing treatment planning

You'll play a vital role in improving health outcomes and contributing to safer, healthier communities.

Essential Requirements

* Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration
* Demonstrated experience in Primary Health Care
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Immunisation Provider Certificate
* Previous correctional health experience (highly desirable)
