Medacs Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a regional hospital contract in Western Australia's beautiful Goldfields South East Coastal Region.

We are looking for Pharmacists with:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- 2-5 years' Clinical Pharmacy experience
- Previous Australian hospital experience
- Experience with Altera Opal EMR highly regarded
- Experience using paper-based medication charts preferred
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
