What we're looking for

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Minimum 2 years' hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience in:
• Clinical ward rounds
• Medication reconciliation
• Dispensing
• Patient counselling
• Discharge planning
• Clinical documentation
• Experience using iPharmacy, Merlin, EMR, or similar hospital systems highly regarded
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Full working rights in Australia
