About you

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• At least 2 years' hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience in:
• Clinical ward rounds
• Medication reconciliation
• Dispensing services
• Patient counselling and education
• Discharge planning
• Clinical documentation and reporting
• Previous experience with iPharmacy, Merlin, EMR, or similar hospital systems is advantageous
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
• Full Australian working rights
