What you'll receive

What you'll bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Minimum 2 years' hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience in:
• Clinical ward rounds
• Medication reconciliation
• Dispensing
• Patient counselling
• Discharge planning
• Clinical documentation
• Exposure to iPharmacy, Merlin, EMR, or similar hospital systems is highly regarded
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Full Australian working rights
