About You

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Post Graduate Qualification in Diabetes Education
• Credentialed with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid manual driver's licence
• Insulin pumps competency essential

Highly Desirable

• Experience working in regional, rural, remote, or Aboriginal Community Health settings
• Experience delivering chronic disease management programs
• Strong health promotion and patient education skills
