We are urgently seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a 6-week contract on Mornington Island, Queensland, commencing 14 September.

About the Role

As an ED RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency care in a remote setting. The successful candidate will be confident working autonomously and possess strong clinical decision-making skills.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Current AHPRA registration
• Emergency Department nursing experience
• Triage competent
• Resuscitation competent
• Team Leader experience/competency
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Previous rural and remote experience highly regarded
