About the Role

As a PCA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents while supporting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and hydration needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident's health and well-being
• Maintaining accurate documentation and care records
• Working collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Health Services Assistance, or an equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year experience working in aged care
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Relevant working rights in Australia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and professional approach to resident care
