About the Role

Medacs Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Theatre experience in Anaesthetics and PACU for an exciting short-term contract in Mackay, Queensland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive perioperative team while enjoying the tropical lifestyle and stunning natural attractions that Mackay has to offer. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care across the Anaesthetics and Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) environment.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Recent experience in Theatre Nursing, specifically Anaesthetics and PACU
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current immunisation records
• Full Australian working rights
