An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses to join a healthcare team in Cooktown, QLD.

This contract is ideal for nurses with extensive acute and emergency nursing experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to combine rewarding work with the unique lifestyle and natural beauty of Tropical North Queensland.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an acute clinical setting
• Recent Emergency Department experience
• Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
• Current Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Current Triage qualification
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Contract Dates: 25 October - 22 November
