About the Role

Medacs Healthcare is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a contract at Mackay Base Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy critical care environment while enjoying Queensland's stunning coastline over the summer period.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within the Intensive Care Unit, working collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team to support critically ill patients.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years' ICU experience
• Recent acute ICU nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
