Requirements
To be considered for these opportunities, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience within an acute hospital setting
- Demonstrated experience caring for high-acuity and critically ill patients
- Competency with ventilated patients and advanced patient monitoring
- ALS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work across a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Full Australian working rights (or appropriate visa eligibility)
Highly regarded:
- Experience working in regional or rural facilities
- Experience with CRRT, NIV and invasive monitoring
- Previous travel nursing or agency experience
